Refund Policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

Anvon stores are run by independent sellers. This page explains how refunds work for buyers, and for sellers paying Anvon.

For buyers

When you buy from a store on Anvon, you’re buying from that seller. Each store sets its own returns policy, shown on the store. If something is wrong with your order (it didn’t arrive, it’s not as described, or it arrived damaged), contact the store first; you’ll find its details on the store and in your order.

  • An order is only marked delivered when you read your delivery code to the rider, so an order you never received can’t be closed as delivered.
  • When a seller approves a refund, the full amount you paid goes back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment partner. It usually arrives within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • If a store doesn’t respond within a reasonable time, write to us at [support email] with your order number, and we’ll step in.

For sellers

  • There are no monthly fees, so there is nothing recurring to refund.
  • The ₦5,000 store claim is a one-time payment and is not refundable.
  • When you refund an order, Anvon’s fee on that order is not returned, and neither is the payment partner’s processing fee, which they keep on refunds.
  • If a payment partner reverses a payment through a chargeback, its own rules apply.
