Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you, the seller, and Axrie Ltd, which runs Anvon. By creating a store you accept them. We’ve kept them as plain as we can; if anything is unclear, ask us.

1. Who we are

Anvon is operated by Axrie Ltd, a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC 9161034), based in Lagos, Nigeria.

2. What Anvon does

Anvon builds an online store for you from your logo and product photos, runs it, and watches how shoppers use it. From what it sees, it suggests changes: a bundle, a product photo order, a small offer, a better listing. Every suggestion that would change your store or reach your customers waits for your approval. Anvon does not change your prices or send anything to your customers on its own.

Suggestions are based on your store’s own records. We work hard to make them useful, but we can’t promise any particular result in sales.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate details about you and your business, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including by staff you invite.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

4. You are the seller

Each sale on your store is between you and your buyer. You are responsible for the products you list, for describing them honestly, for delivering them, for your own returns policy, and for following the laws that apply to what you sell. Anvon writes listings from your photos to save you time; check them before you approve, because what your listing says is your promise to the buyer.

You may not use Anvon to sell anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or anything our payment partners do not allow, or to mislead buyers.

5. Payments and payouts

Buyers pay online, by card or bank transfer, through our licensed payment partners before an order is sent. Cash on delivery is not offered. Your share of each payment is settled to the bank account you give us, after Anvon’s fee for that order is taken. Payment partners may hold or reverse a payment under their own rules, for example in a fraud case or a chargeback.

6. Fees

  • Starting is free. There is no monthly fee and no subscription.
  • Claiming your store is a one-time payment of ₦5,000. Until a store is claimed, its fee per order is doubled, and if it makes no sale in its first 30 days it is paused (never deleted). Claiming or a first sale brings it back.
  • The first 5 paid orders after you claim carry no Anvon fee.
  • After that, Anvon’s fee is 10% of an order, never more than ₦6,000 on any one order. As your paid sales grow, the rate steps down to 9% and then 8%; your dashboard shows your current rate and what counts toward the next step. A rate change applies only to orders after it, never to earlier ones.
  • Card processing: half of the payment partner’s processing fee is added to the buyer’s total at checkout.
  • Delivery charges pass to you, up to a fair allowance. Delivery charged above it counts as part of the goods when the fee is worked out, so a store can’t lower its fee by moving price into delivery.
  • Image protection is optional. While your month’s paid sales are under ₦500,000 it adds 2% of the goods total; above that it’s free.

If we change our fees we’ll tell you in advance, and a change never applies to orders already paid.

7. Anvon Lite and store transfers

Once your store has made ₦100,000 in sales you can move to Anvon Lite, a version you run yourself, without the AI features and without a commission on each sale. Its price is shown before you switch. Transferring a store is done from your dashboard: you pay the transfer fee shown there and carry on.

8. Your content

Your products, photos, logo and words stay yours. You let us host, show, adapt and process them as needed to run your store, to write listings, and to make suggestions, for as long as your store is on Anvon. The store design and brand look Anvon generates for you are yours to use. Only upload what you have the right to use.

9. Reviews

Only buyers who received an order can review it, and reviews show as “Bought and received”. You can reply to a review but not delete it. We may remove a review that is unlawful, abusive or not about the order.

10. Connecting your own AI assistant

You can connect an assistant you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your store with a key you create in Settings. That assistant can read your store’s figures and edit product names, descriptions, stock and categories; it cannot change prices or discounts. Every change it makes is logged and can be undone. The assistant is run by its own provider under its own terms, and you can revoke the key at any time.

11. Suspension and closing

You can stop using Anvon at any time. We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, that a payment partner refuses to serve, or that puts buyers at risk. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

12. Refunds and chargebacks

You handle returns and refunds with your buyers under your own returns policy and our refund policy. When you refund an order, the amount comes out of your payouts. Anvon’s fee on that order is not returned, and neither is the payment partner’s processing fee, which they keep on refunds. If a buyer wins a chargeback, the amount and any charge the payment partner applies are taken from your payouts.

13. Liability

We provide Anvon with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to cover losses we suffer because of products you sell, content you upload, or your breach of these terms or of the law. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as network or power failures, or a payment partner’s outage.

14. Changes, disputes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect; continuing to use Anvon after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we have a dispute, we’ll first try to settle it in good faith by talking; if that fails within 30 days, it goes to the courts of Lagos State.

These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent, except through the store transfer in section 7.
