Orders, delivery and payments

Last updated 28 October 2026

Anvon is a platform that lets independent sellers run their own online stores. Axrie Ltd operates the platform; the sellers sell the goods. This page explains how an order works from payment to delivery.

Who sells what

Each store belongs to a seller, who lists its products, sets its prices, ships its orders and sets its own returns policy. Anvon does not hold or sell stock and is not the seller of the goods.

How buyers pay

  • All orders are paid online, in naira, before the order is dispatched, by card or bank transfer through our payment partner.
  • Anvon does not offer cash on delivery.
  • Card details go directly to the payment partner. Anvon never sees or stores them.

How orders are delivered

  • The seller dispatches the order with its own riders or courier. Delivery charges, where a store has them, are shown at checkout.
  • The buyer gets updates as the order moves: confirmed, dispatched, delivered.
  • An order is marked delivered only when the buyer gives the rider a delivery code at the door. No code means no handover, so an order that never arrived can’t be closed as delivered.
  • Delivery times depend on the seller and the address; each store shows its own.

Problems with an order

Contact the store first. If it doesn’t reply, write to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll step in. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

How sellers are paid, and what Anvon earns

  • The payment partner splits each payment: the seller’s share is settled to the seller’s own bank account, and Anvon’s fee is taken from the same payment.
  • Anvon’s fee is 10% of the order, never more than ₦6,000 on a single order. There is no monthly fee.
  • A seller pays a one-time ₦5,000 to claim a store. The first 5 paid orders after the claim carry no Anvon fee.
  • An optional flat monthly plan (Anvon Lite Plus) replaces the per-sale fee for sellers who qualify. See the fees section of our terms.

What may not be sold

Illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods, and anything our payment partners do not allow. See our terms of service.
